Maria Kioumousidou is a certified civil engineer and, together with her associates, they are a dynamic group that provides specialized services in the field of construction, architectural studies and renovations for each type of building, as well as on issues related to construction legislation.

The common belief of the team is that the best results come when working collaboratively! That is why the team consists of architects and engineers-engineers with great experience, excellent knowledge and an innovative perception of modern constructional and environmental requirements.

The team works with credibility and flexibility to provide comprehensive proposals with a correct approach to the requirements of each project. Great training in the development of architectural studies allows the creation of a “common language” with the requirements of each client, which is a guarantee for an ideal outcome.

The beginning until today

Beginning in 2003 in Thessaloniki and until 2010, Maria Kioumousidou collaborated in the construction of two private clinics, as well as in the construction of public works and schools. From 2010 to the present day, its activities are expanding based in Athens in the field of studies and construction of private projects, in collaboration with Athanasios Vittas and Partners.
